upset.

i think i may need to stop weighing myself.

the numbers on the scale just don’t make sense.

i weighed in at like 155 on wednesday, then 156 on thursday, and now today was 158.

the way i have been eating has been under maintenance, and except for yesterday at my net (with exercise). 

it’s just so frustrating to see the number go up, when you’re doing everything right.

if anyone has any suggestions, send them my way :)

Syncing my ipod & getting my ass to the gym! 

need to make a dinner of some sort & get my booty to the gym!

not sure what i want to eat for dinner. i’m thinking of possibly just doing a sandwich, chips, and an apple.

then i plan on sweating my booty off on the stair master, or elliptical, can’t decide!

Got up over an hour ago, still have yet to eat (my bad).

No energy to go to the gym right now, but I plan on going tonight. 

And I’m in a bad mood, because people suck (nothing weight-loss related).

15 minutes of strength stuff
20 minutes stair master (levels between 12-14)
10 minutes treadmill  (3.5mph at 12 incline)
7 minutes stair master - got kicked off by a personal trainer, RUDE! (level 8)
15 minutes treadmill (3.5mph at 12 incline)

woop woop!  burned 645 calories, which should make up for those chocolate covered peanuts lol

now i’m all showered and about to make some dinner before the glee finale comes on :)
