upset.
i think i may need to stop weighing myself.
the numbers on the scale just don’t make sense.
i weighed in at like 155 on wednesday, then 156 on thursday, and now today was 158.
the way i have been eating has been under maintenance, and except for yesterday at my net (with exercise).
it’s just so frustrating to see the number go up, when you’re doing everything right.
if anyone has any suggestions, send them my way :)
